I just wanted to do a big shout out review to Julie at HIIT Cheltenham. If you are looking for a friendly & inclusive gym & someone to get you inspired, to encourage and motivate you with your health & fitness, then I can't speak more highly and recommend Julie enough. I joined earlier this year and it's been a great decision! I predominantly do the online live classes ( which are a great fit for me & my busy workload) which Julie adapts for those at home and you still feel the burn and encouraging motivation from Julie ~ she never misses a beat.. My fitness has improved and also being a runner ~ so has my running. I tried the HIIT Factory to break out of my comfort zone, but I didn’t expect to love it so much. Julie really makes the studio such a welcoming, happy, fun, inclusive community and I look forward to getting there every morning. I came with a good level of fitness, having participated in group fitness for years, but these workouts have broken me out of a rut and taken my fitness to a new level. There is really nothing like it… so much variety… a mixture of strength and cardio. The classes are short and sharp and that’s what makes them so achievable for every body. The atmosphere is so supportive and Julie is so attentive, adjusting exercises for individuals relevant to their specific fitness needs and abilities. I’ve been to so many gyms and can honestly say this studio is stand out and offers something so much different to what I could ever experience in a large gym or on my own. I was so fortunate to find out about The HIIT Factory from my best friend in October 2020. I joined as a Livestream member to get out of my lockdown funk and wouldn’t know life without it now. I was even luckier that Julie opened up a HIIT Factory studio in Cheltenham and now have the option to do online or studio classes. I’ve participated in every HIIT Factory challenge which always come up at a great time when I need a food or fitness reset. Julie and all the coaches keep you motivated and on track for any goal you want to reach. The culture is amazing and everyone is so supportive it is more than a community and feels like a fitness family. You never finish a 30 minute class thinking I wish I didn’t do that….it’s the best 30 minutes of my day - with or without kids (great kids area setup with chairs, tables, pillows for them to keep occupied). … more
