Rotate through weighted and bodyweight exercises in our power circuit, working different muscle groups as you move around the stations. CircHIIT also uses battle ropes, power bags and med balls, and we don’t use machines.  Exercises are performed for a short period of time with short rest periods and designed to take your heart rate to the max intensity!
