HIIT SKIP classes are designed to be 30 minutes long in total, including the warm up (5-6 minutes), 20 Minute HIIT SKIP Fast paced section + cool down 4-5 minutes.
In a HIIT SKIP class, you will do lots of drills with a High Intensity feel, working to your max during the main intervals, and at an easy pace or resting during the easy / rest periods.
HIIT Skip will not only give you a fantastic cardio workout, it will strengthen your shoulders, sculpt your calves and improve your hand-eye coordination.
