The HIIT Factory STRENGTH workout. Each Workout will be based on Upper Strength, with a focus on 2 or 3 (max) muscle groups.  Varying degrees of difficulty would be based on the weights that clients use. Workouts will vary between 5 sets of 5 exercises, with some longer. The emphasis is on slow and controlled movements – Lower Rep, Heavier Weight.  The end of each Raise The Bar Workout has a 1 or 2 minute Bodyweight finisher


Can be performed with Barbells + Dumbells + Kettlebells.
