BEAT HIIT is a beast of a HIIT Format, and it’s designed to test you at a whole new level.  The workout is made up of 3 x rounds – generally cardio + plyo, upper and core, and fast plyometric at the end. In each round, you will have a set amount of time to complete 4 exercises for a set number of reps, with your reps increasing but time to complete stays the same, so it gets tougher and tougher each time.

 

The goal is to Beat the Clock! Don’t worry if you don’t though, it’s all about having things to work to, and you can still do this workout with regressions and tweak our coaches can tweak the rep number to suit your level. When it comes to Beat HIIT, it’s quality over quantity every time.
