I started this journey 2 years ago with a basic general fitness from attending other group fitness classes. I hated running, and battled my way through a 5k run in close to 40min at the beginning of my first challenge. Within 18months, how things have changed! Numerous 21k trail running events, 2 x 21k Spartans, and even venturing into Triathlons. My hate has certainly become a love! These won't be everyone's goals, but they weren't mine either when i started!
