I am really NOT a gym person. Never have been. But now I’m 100% a The HIIT Factory person. I have always struggled with the dynamics of gyms, completely lacking humour and soul! and now I’ve found the right place for me. I seriously don’t know where to begin! I am so thankful I found the HIIT factory and the amazing community that you get to be part of – these people are amazing!! I was only signing up for one 6-week challenge and here I am… one and a half years later, loving every minute of it! From having a little baby, the 30-minute online sessions suited my family - to now looking forward to the studio sessions and if need be, taking my boys along- we all love it and look forward to the session! The whole team are there to support you on your health journey, no matter what it is, and the coaches make every session great! I never thought I would be into running, but after walk/jogging the first 5km in the time trial for the challenge, I was so determined to give it a go and get better each time.
