While I was terrified to start after watching the Facebook videos, I'm so glad I did! I've gained strength, fitness, self belief, my life back and so many new friends. I started this journey 2 years ago with a basic general fitness from attending other group fitness classes. I hated running, and battled my way through a 5k run in close to 40min at the beginning of my first challenge. Within 18months, how things have changed! Numerous 21k trail running events, 2 x 21k Spartans, and even venturing into Triathlons. My hate has certainly become a love!
