Overview – Ab Lab is a 30 min workout devoted to CORE strength – Whilst there is a lot of core and ab strengthening movements, there is also shoulders, chest, glute, arms – All Over Body. There are 3 x rounds of 8 mins. Each round has 1 minute exercise. After 3 x rounds of 8, there is a “Buddy Up Finisher” which is a 90 second core exercise performed with a partner.

Key Points – Huge emphasis on form stability throughout the rounds.
